Real-time reporting


Each item of feedback collected from a customer will be available in real-time for reporting within our web-based console. Our console will allow you to see the results from each individual customer as well as aggregating the results to provide an overall view of the responses provided. Alerting conditions can be defined based on the response to any question or the inclusion of specific keywords within any customer verbatim. Alerts can be seen via the reporting console and sent via email and can be used to create business processes to respond pro-actively to customer feedback.
